Getting Started
Creating an account
Go to khampos.com/signup with your email account. Verify your email, and you're in.
Setting up your profile
Head to Settings > Profile to add a photo, bio, and any social links you want members or other creators to see.
Creating your first community
Click "Create Community" from the top navigation, give it a name and description, and decide how members join, free or paid. You choose the price and the billing cycle. Creating a community requires an active creator subscription plan; see our pricing page for current plans.
Payments & Billing
What KHAMPOS costs you
Creating an account and browsing KHAMPOS is free. To create a community and start selling, you need a paid creator subscription plan. That subscription is the only thing you pay KHAMPOS; we take no commission and no percentage of your sales. Your members never pay KHAMPOS anything; they pay you.
Membership payments
Members pay by card or bank transfer through Stripe or Paystack at checkout. Recurring memberships renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
Creator earnings
Your earnings show up in real time under the Earnings tab in your dashboard, including a breakdown by community, product, or membership.
Refunds
As a creator, you can issue a full or partial refund to any member directly from your dashboard. The money comes out of your own connected Stripe or Paystack account and goes back to the buyer.
Payouts
Connect a payout method, bank account, Stripe, or Paystack, under Earnings in your dashboard. Once connected, sales go straight there. KHAMPOS never holds your money.
Stripe setup
From Earnings > Payout Methods, choose Stripe and follow the prompts to connect or create a Stripe account. Stripe will ask for some standard verification details before payouts activate.
Paystack setup
From Earnings > Payout Methods, choose Paystack, select your country and bank, and enter your account number. Paystack verifies the account and creates a settlement subaccount for you automatically.
Communities
Creating communities
Click "Create Community," choose a name and topic, then decide whether members join free or pay to join. Customize everything else from your admin dashboard. You need an active creator subscription plan to create a community.
Managing members
From your community's admin panel, you can view your member list, remove or ban members, and manage roles.
Community settings
Adjust your community's name, branding, rules, and notification settings from Admin > Settings.
Community subscriptions
Set your membership price and billing cycle, monthly or yearly, from Admin > Earnings > Subscription Settings.
Affiliates & Referrals
How referrals work
Share your unique referral link. When someone joins or buys through it, you earn a commission automatically.
Creator affiliate rewards
Earn a commission for referring other creators who join and start selling on KHAMPOS.
Member affiliate rewards
Earn a commission for referring new members into paid communities, courses, or memberships.
Referral payouts
Referral earnings pay out the same way as your regular earnings, through your connected Stripe and Paystack account.
Account & Security
Password reset
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the link sent to your email.
Login issues
Double check your email and password, try resetting your password, and clear your browser cache if the issue continues. Still stuck? Contact support below.
Account verification
Verify your email or phone number under Settings > Verification. Some features, like payouts, require this before they unlock.
Privacy settings
Manage what's visible to other members, like your profile details, under Settings > Privacy.
Courses & Learning Hub
Uploading lessons
From the Learning Hub, click "Add Lesson," upload your video or files, and organize them into modules.
Managing courses
Edit, reorder, or publish your courses anytime from Admin > Courses.
