KHAMPOS is a place to build something real: a community, a course, a business you're proud of. This page just covers the basic ground rules so everyone can build safely, whether you're a creator running a community or a member joining one. It's part of our Terms of Service. Most people never need to think about this page at all; it mostly exists to protect the small number of cases where things go wrong. This document is one of seven policies that together govern use of KHAMPOS: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Transaction Terms, Support Center, and Contact Us. They should be read together.
Ground Rules
Nothing complicated here, we just ask that you:
- Follow the law wherever you are;
- Treat other creators and members with respect;
- Be honest in your content, your pricing, and who you say you are;
- Take ownership of what you post and how you show up.
Content We Can't Have on the Platform
A few things aren't welcome here, content that:
- Is illegal, fraudulent, or deliberately misleading;
- Infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights;
- Sexualises or involves minors in any way. This is a zero-tolerance rule, no exceptions;
- Promotes terrorism, extremism, or organised crime;
- Threatens or encourages violence, self-harm, or hatred toward people or groups;
- Harasses, bullies, or targets someone;
- Shares someone's private information without their permission, also known as doxxing;
- Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
Playing Fair
A few things to steer clear of:
- Pretending to be someone else, or claiming to be affiliated with KHAMPOS when you're not;
- Trying to access someone else's account, data, or systems without permission;
- Probing or testing our systems for vulnerabilities without our written OK;
- Sending spam or unsolicited mass messages through the platform;
- Gaming metrics, reviews, referrals, or rankings;
- Getting in the way of other people's ability to use KHAMPOS normally.
What We Can't Support Payments For
Most creators never bump into this section. Courses, coaching, communities, digital products, and memberships all work exactly as you'd expect. This list exists mainly because our payment partners, Stripe and Paystack, won't process certain categories, and we'd rather tell you upfront than have your payout get stuck later.
A short list of what's off the table:
- Illegal goods or services of any kind. This is about things that break the law, not about coaching, consulting, or any legitimate service you're qualified to offer;
- Weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives, or other dangerous or controlled materials;
- Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia;
- Adult sexual content or services;
- Gambling, betting, lotteries, or games of chance/skill with an entry fee or prize, unless specifically licensed and pre-approved by our payment providers;
- Cryptocurrency exchanges, wallets, trading, or related services;
- Forex trading, currency exchange, or related financial trading services;
- Pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, or multi-level marketing (MLM) programs built around recruitment or commission-based sales;
- "Get rich quick" schemes, or investment opportunities promising high reward for little effort;
- Debt settlement, debt consolidation, credit repair, or credit monitoring services;
- Counterfeit goods, or anything that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or intellectual property;
- Government services offered without proper authorization;
- Identity theft protection or monitoring services;
- Anything else our payment providers won't support, or that we reasonably feel doesn't belong on the platform.
If you're building a coaching, course, or community business, the kind of thing most people come to KHAMPOS for, none of this affects you.

How We Handle It
We look at context, how serious it is, and whether it's happened before. Most first-time issues get a heads-up or a friendly nudge, not a ban. Serious or repeated stuff can mean removing content, restricting features, or in rare cases, closing an account. If you think we got it wrong, just reach out through the contact info above; we're happy to talk it through.
