Cookie Policy

This page explains what cookies and similar technologies Khampos uses, why we use them, and how you can control them.

Last updated: 9 August 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how KHAMPOS uses cookies and similar technologies, such as pixels and local storage, when you visit or use our platform. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy. This Policy covers three distinct categories: (1) cookies and storage used directly by KHAMPOS; (2) our consent management system; and (3) optional third-party integrations that a creator may choose to connect to their own KHAMPOS space, and the technologies those integrations may introduce.

01

What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites function, to improve performance, and to provide information to site operators. Similar technologies, including pixels, tags and browser local storage, perform comparable functions and are covered by this Policy.

02

Cookies Used Directly by KHAMPOS

The following cookies and storage items are set by KHAMPOS and are strictly necessary for the platform to operate. They are set without consent and cannot be disabled, as the platform cannot function without them.

Name Type Provider Purpose Category Consent required
PHPSESSID Cookie KHAMPOS Maintains the server-side visitor session while you use the site. Strictly necessary No
user_session Cookie KHAMPOS Maintains a secure logged-in session and session continuity. Strictly necessary No
csrf_token Cookie KHAMPOS Protects forms and actions against cross-site request forgery and malicious requests. Strictly necessary No
TERMLY_API_CACHE Local storage Termly Stores consent banner configuration and your consent preferences so the consent system operates correctly. Strictly necessary No
hcdn Cookie Hostinger (CDN) Supports content delivery, routing and session handling at the hosting layer. May be set depending on how your request is routed. Strictly necessary No

Under applicable cookie and privacy laws, strictly necessary cookies do not require consent.

KHAMPOS does not set any advertising, marketing or analytics cookies of its own. KHAMPOS does not currently use Google Analytics.

04

Optional Third-Party Integrations

KHAMPOS provides an Integrations area where creators may choose to connect certain third-party services to their own space on the platform. These integrations are not enabled by default. Each one remains inactive until a creator connects and configures it.

The following integrations are currently available:

Advertising and measurement integrations

  • Meta Pixel - an advertising and marketing measurement integration, used to measure advertising performance and support audience targeting on Meta platforms.
  • Google Ads - an advertising and conversion measurement integration, used to measure advertising performance and conversion activity.
  • Google Tag Manager - a tag management integration, which may be used to deploy and manage other tags, including advertising and measurement tags.

Automation and developer integrations

  • Zapier - an automation and workflow integration used to connect KHAMPOS with other applications. This operates server-to-server.
  • Webhooks - developer functionality used to send events and data to external systems. This operates server-to-server.

Zapier and webhooks are not advertising technologies. We have no evidence that either places cookies or similar storage technologies in your browser, and they are not listed here as cookie sources.

05

Cookies Introduced by Connected Integrations

Where a creator has connected an advertising or measurement integration, that third party may then set cookies or similar technologies in your browser when you visit the relevant part of the platform.

These technologies are non-essential and require consent. Because Termly's Auto Blocker is enabled, they do not load and do not place cookies unless consent has been granted. Where consent is given, they may set cookies and collect information relating to your use of our site.

Which of these technologies is present depends on the integrations a particular creator has connected. They are not active for every visitor, and they are not active across the whole platform by default.

The specific cookies set by these providers are determined by the providers themselves and may vary according to your consent preferences, your location, and the tags active at the time. For this reason we do not publish a fixed list of their cookie names. Further information is available from each provider:

06

Managing Your Preferences

When you first visit KHAMPOS you will be presented with our cookie banner, where you may accept or decline non-essential cookies. You may change your preferences at any time through our cookie preference settings, and any change takes effect immediately.

Declining non-essential cookies does not affect your access to the platform or any of its features.

Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled, as the platform cannot operate without them.

07

Browser Controls

You can also control cookies through your browser settings, which allow you to enable, disable or delete cookies. These settings must be applied separately on each browser and device you use.

Certain advertising cookies may additionally be managed through industry opt-out tools, including the US-based aboutads.info choices page and the EU-based Your Online Choices.

Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies through your browser will prevent parts of the platform, including logging in, from functioning.

08

Cookies and Account Access

Cookies must be enabled in your browser to register for an account or log in, as this is how secure sessions are maintained. If cookies are disabled, some areas of KHAMPOS will remain accessible, but account access and transactions will not function correctly.
